In an attempt to enable foreign workers in Lebanon to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, strategies for the protection from COVID-19 were studied at a meeting held by the Lebanese Ministry of Labour with representatives of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the Amel Association International.
A Lebanese medical source explained that the purpose of this meeting is developing a plan to vaccinate foreign workers in Lebanon against COVID-19 in order to achieve immunity among foreign workers in Lebanon, whether their presence is legal or not.
