A report issued by the Tamkeen Center for Legal Aid in Jordan entitled “Under Focus” revealed that violations of the right of migrant domestic workers and migrant workers from several Arab countries have been taking place including, among others, depriving them of their wages for many years and putting their lives under risk.
The report stated that some of these violations, that were examined in Jordanian courts, are similar to cases of human trafficking.
