A Palestinian Trade Union source revealed that an Israeli-Palestinian agreement had been concluded to allow Palestinian workers in the 48 lands and those in the occupied territories to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. The same source claimed the vaccine will be free of charge and will be carried out at the borders and military checkpoints.
The source added that Israel has started vaccinating Palestinians working in the health sector and that 88,000 others, working in the construction, agriculture, and industry sectors, will soon be vaccinated.
A Palestinian administrative source in Tulkarm mentioned that efforts are being made to vaccinate 100,000 Palestinian workers with work permits.
