Workers at the Sidon waste sorting plant protest against their arbitrary dismissal.
The 31 workers, mostly residents of Palestinian and Syrian camps, were very cautious in their statements for fear of being punished. They were content to say that the purpose of their protest is to get the money that is rightfully theirs and to send their voice to the parliamentarians in the region.
It should be remembered that the city of Sidon has large accumulations of waste on which these agents work in extremely difficult conditions.
