work of the reforms taking place in the Kingdom and after the launch of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 program, the Ministry of Human Resources has launched an initiative aiming at improving the relationship between expatriate workers and the employer.
It, also, announced applying the privileged residence system, which was implemented in May 2020. The reforms give residents the freedom of movement and issuance of residence visas in order to attract businessmen.
This initiative also aims to improve the relationship between foreign workers and employers by revising labour laws and regulations and improving the working conditions of migrant workers.
