The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development declared, in a statement, that financial compensation and government fees for foreign workers are being revised. Replacing annual with quarterly fees, accordingly, will solve many problems.
If after signing a contract of two years the worker decides to leave before the term ends, they must pay the penalty to compensate the employer before moving to another establishment. The financial compensation and accommodation fees will be paid by the current employer.
