Yemen: Changing the Legal Requirements to Resolve Conflicts Between Workers and Employers in the Houthi Areas

A Yemeni media website reported that the Supreme Court in Sana’a ruled that four articles in the Yemeni Labour Law No. 5 issued in 1995 are unconstitutional.  These four articles issue that resolving labour disputes before the arbitration committees of the Yemeni Ministry of Labour.
