The Northern Governorate’s governor ordered cutting electricity at the homes of migrant workers in Barbar after discovering that a large number of migrant workers are living in one house that lacks safe construction and electricity.
The workers exceed the authorized number of living under the same roof. In addition to breaking safety rules related to COVID-19, these houses are not safe in terms of construction and electricity.
