Spain has received about 500 Moroccan women to work in agriculture in the Port of Algeciras. Some journalist sources say that Spain expects more than 4000 women to arrive this January. They will be distributed to the parties contributing in the reception plan, where they will be distributed over 50 agricultural companies.
This movement is based on the agreement made between the Spanish government and the Kingdom of Morocco, whereby women workers will be yearly transferred in particular seasons.
