The Secretary General of the Palestinian General Federation of Trade Unions, Chahar Saad, called on Palestinian workers to be vigilant after the detection of the new strain of Covid-19 in Israel.
Chahar Saad in this context called on workers to respect preventive health measures and avoid going out in public places in order to avoid mixing with settlers returning from Britain.
Regarding the announcement of the general sanitary confinement, decreed by Israel, Chahar Saad recalled that vital sectors, such as construction, will continue their work. However, the services, education and trade sectors are concerned by this decision.
