Last week, the International Labour Organization (ILO) organized an international conference on teleworking with the participation of representatives of several federations and international organizations. On the margins of the conference, the ILO announced the release of its practical guide on ‘teleworking during and after the Covid-19 pandemic’.
The guide provides practical and achievable recommendations for effective teleworking and supports policy makers in updating existing policies. It also organizes work schedules for workers and consolidates performance management, digital tools, occupational health and safety, communication, organizational and legal elements, and work-life balance.
