The Council of the Order of Tunisian Engineers declared a three-day strike on 30 November and 1 and 2 December. The President of the Council denounced the indifference of the supervisory authorities regarding the claims of engineers concerning the generalization of salary increases approved on September 5, 2019 for the benefit of engineers in the public service.
It is worthy to note that a previous reconciliation session between the Order and a government delegation resulted in the postponement of the strike that was originally scheduled to take place last October.
