Following a complaint lodged by the Germa Shipping Company Syndicate against the company’s administration concerning numerous violations of certain labour laws concerning workers' contracts and other problems that directly affect workers and the working environment, a meeting was held on Tuesday, November 10 between the Union members, the Union President, the Administration and the Labour and Negotiations Office delegate.
work, the two parties have agreed on a new agreement, the most important of which are:
· Establishing the Employee Affairs Committee and including a Union member.
· Implementing the decision of the Administrative Council concerning the annexation of certain ports to the Bengazi office.
