The two-day negotiation session held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Transport between a delegation from the Tunisian General Union of Labour (UGTT), the Ministry and another from the Tunis Transport Society (TRANSTU) ended in failure. This session was devoted to the strike notice issued by the Tunis Regional Labour Union concerning a general strike of TRANSTU agents on November 9 and 10, 2020.
Following the intervention of several parties, a new meeting is currently being held at the ministry headquarters to find an alternative to the strike scheduled for tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.
Recall that the strike notice was issued after the administrative party disengaged from the agreements signed with the union.
