The National Syndicate of the National Airports Office of the General Federation of Workers (UGTM by its French acronym) sent a letter to the Director General of the aforementioned office reminding him of the need to activate Article 18 of the Corporation’s Basic Law related to internal promotion.
The Syndicate reminded the Director General of the grievances that affected engineers, administrators, technicians and doctors, despite the great role they played for the advancement of the institution and the development of its transactions indicators.
UGTM considered that the activation of Article 18 of the Basic Law of the Foundation will significantly contribute to creating a social atmosphere that stimulates the further advancement of the institution.
In the conclusion of its message, UGTM also mentioned the need to avoid the accumulation of promotions, which happened during the years 2012 and 2013, when the Foundation was forced to recourse to the Ministry of Finance due to the high cost of promotions.
