Amnesty International declared that at least three Ethiopians died in detention centers that include thousands of Ethiopian immigrants in Saudi Arabia who were cruelly treated. Each two detainees are bound together and forced to defecate on the ground.
Amnesty International heard 12 Ethiopian migrants detained while talking about the conditions in the Dayer detention Center in Jazan Central Prison and in Jeddah and Makkah prisons and called on the Ethiopian government to accelerate the procedures of the voluntary return of its citizens.
It is worthy to note that the Ethiopian detainees are forced to enter Saudi Arabia after being expelled from Yemen or fleeing it because of the ongoing war there.
