Yemen: Continuous Strike by the Workers of School Book Printing Presses

The Union of Workers of the Aden School Book Printing Press announced that the workers’ strike and sit-in will continue until their demands are fulfilled and until they are fairly treated.

The union president said that the recent protest in Mansoura was the start, and on Tuesday, the second vigil for the workers of the School Book Printing Press Corporation in front of the Cabinet, and these protests and sit-ins will not stop until all the institution’s dues are paid to the Ministry of Finance.

The president also affirmed that the union will stand firmly with the workers and will demand all their rights in all peaceful ways and will defend the survival of the institution.

The president also said that they will not allow anyone to destroy it as they were destroyed by government facilities in Aden.
