During this gathering, the status of youth committees in trade unions was discussed with the aim of making it more active and developing a strategy for forming youth committees and overcoming the obstacles that are facing the youth committees in the trade unions of the General Federation of Bahrain Trade Unions.
The Youth Council was concluded by announcing a number of youth activities organized by the Working Youth Secretariat on the occasion of the International Youth Day from 5 to 14 August 2020, which would be held under the slogan “Working Youth … Giving despite Crisis.”
