Algerian Ministry of Post and Communications has announced the allocation of an exceptional grant to Algeria Post staff who have not stopped operating during the pandemic.
The ministry confirmed that this procedure mainly targets workers in stands and other employees who were in direct contact with customers and the general public during the quarantine period.
The ministry also announced that the Algeria Post Board of Directors will consider the delivery of another grant, which will include management workers and technicians, a tribute to their role in ensuring the continuity of the company’s services.
It is important to note that the services of the postal and telecommunications sector did not stop during the quarantine period and recorded a record number of transactions compared to the normal working periods.
