Palestinian Ministry of Labor announced its plan to receive the returning workers from the occupied Green Line territories, which will enter into force starting next Friday.
The ministry noted that they will be focusing health and security teams at the opening of the separation barrier to count the numbers of workers and conduct the necessary medical examinations on them.
Palestinian government had also announced earlier the imposition of a comprehensive closure starting next Friday, as it will prevent movement between cities, villages and camps until the end of Eid Al-Fitr holiday next Monday, and pharmacies and laboratories will be dissuaded from the decision to close.
The ministry stressed that Eid Al-Fitr is an occasion for social networking, which may constitute a risk and an appropriate factor for the spread of the virus.
It is reported that Palestinian workers inside the occupied territory had to remain outside the Palestinian territories due to the difficulty of movement and the prevention measures put to force.
