Under the title “Emergency Regional Response to Reduce the Impact of the Corona Virus Epidemic”, the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia launched a study that concluded an integrated vision to save thousands of human lives.
The study was based on highlighting the results that can be achieved thanks to the solidarity of the pillars of society around the well-being of people with the foundations of a safe, fair and prosperous world that does not exclude anyone.
Some of the study areas showed the potentially dangerous indicators in case the pandemic continues for several months, it indicated that the Arab region is seriously threatened by a shortage of food, especially the Gulf countries that depend on the supply of food.
