Abdel-Fattah Al-Assi, Assistant Minister for Control of Tourism and Hotel Establishments, explained in a press statement that this decision came due to the hotel administration’s failure to pay its employees’ dues as well as the lack of seriousness in the measures it is taking to prevent reoccurrence of such incidents, despite the exceptional support provided by the state to the tourism sector and workers aimed at alleviating the economic effects of the emerging crisis of the Coronavirus, which has caused tourism to stop in all countries of the world.
