The regional secretariat of the General Union of Workers in Morocco in Fez supervised last week the distribution of preventive medical supplies to dozens of workers and employees in a number of productive sectors in the city.
The process included the cleaning sector, the tourism sector, and a group of production units in various sectors.
Idris Abhahdad, the union's regional secretary, said that this process comes as part of the Morocco General Union of Workers in the efforts to contribute to curbing the spread of the Corona epidemic, and sensitize workers in a number of productive units who are under the union’s banner that the necessary precautions that should be taken, while practicing their work .
This initiative garnered attention from beneficiaries, suppliers that the union’s local leaders were with them in the field despite the difficult circumstances imposed by the situation, and it also won the approval of local activities, given that it embodies the work of proximity in union practice.
