Yesterday, Nasr City police forces arrested 70 workers from the sixth district municipality workers.
According to the official Facebook page of the Trade Union and Workers Services House, the workers did not get their wages from the contractor whom they worked for, for three months, and they complained to the presidency of the sixth district editing a report in the second section of Nasr City under No. 973.
They went to the district’s presidency to follow up on their complaints, before a police force surprised them and took them to the department after obtaining the national identification cards that they had on them.
The police wrote a report accusing them of gathering in front of the district before taking them to Nasr City Prosecution for investigation.
