The National Union of Real Estate Conservation denounced the catastrophic conditions of the National Agency for Real Estate and Maps Survey as a result of the improvisation in its conduct.
It demanded a real change within the agency by adopting transparency and good governance approaches in public deals and the need to stop the method of marginalization and systematic exclusion of competencies as well as giving attention to the human element as the basic pillar of success of any strategy.
This was during the seventh national conference of the National Syndicate of the Real Estate Conservation held in the headquarters of the Moroccan Labor Union in Rabat on February 8, 2020 under the slogan: “A strong renewed organization and an ongoing unitary struggle, our way to achieve the demands and fortify the gains”.
The union called on the agency’s administration to request a comprehensive and fair reform of the pension file and a general increase in wages in the implementation of the outcomes of social dialogue, along with the rest of the public institutions.
The also called for he exit of the social business institution according to an existent law, and the administration’s implementation of its obligations in this regard by completing social projects and workshops, as well as demands of the immediate start to mobilize and provide the needed material capabilities and human assets to ensure that .
The union also renewed its support for the legitimate demands of various groups within the agency and its advocacy for the struggles of workers within the National Assembly of the Agricultural Sector, especially agricultural workers and young peasants, and the various labor struggles led by the Moroccan Labor Union.
The union also affirmed its support for the struggles of the masses in defense of their rights and the preservation of the gains they have.
It also demanded the release of the detainees of the popular movement in “Al-Reef” and “Jaradah” and all regions that defended their legitimate right to have a decent living and achieve social justic.
The Union also renewed its attachment to the defense of Morocco’s territorial integrity and fulfil it, by retrieving “Ceuta” and “Melilla”.
The Real Estate Conservation Syndicate declared in its conference statement its unconditional solidarity with the Palestinian people in its struggles against the brutal Zionist colonialism and its rejection of all American plans to liquidate the Palestinian cause.
The syndicate also condemned what it described as the shame deal, the so-called “Deal of the Century", and declared its rejection of all forms of normalization.
