At the invitation and under the supervision of the regional office of the Moroccan Labor Union’s National Education Assembly in the “Casablanca Settat” area, a protest was organized on February 4, against the multiple administrative deviations of the regional director of “Settat”.
The protestors raised slogans and banners denouncing the regional director's failure to abide by the principle of equality in dealing with their union compared to another one.
They also noted his open bias towards this other syndicate, and his persistence in publicly antagonizing the National Education Assembly, as well as his unwillingness to solve accumulated problems which he tries to overcome by stalling and procrastination.
The regional office of the National Assembly also denounced the irresponsible practices of the regional director and his lack of impartiality in dealing with raised educational issue.
The regional office further expressed its rejection of the blatant interference of members affiliated with the director in the union’s issues that concern the National Education Assembly of the Moroccan Labor Union.
The protesters accorded full responsibility to the regional academy in its lack of speed in solving the entity’s national problems and not fulfilling its obligations towards the regional office.
They also warned of the seriousness of this irresponsible deviation and the absence of practical measures to put an end to it.
