On Thursday, February 6, the Civil Protection Forces in Tukh managed to control a fire that broke out in the paper warhouse “Carton” near the Al-Haddadin Tunnel.
Three firefighting trucks were used to control the fire and its spread was prevented.
Security sources said that the refrigeration operations took place in order to prevent its outbreak again, and it turned out that the fire broke out in the “cardboard” warehouse attached to the carton and paper factory.
Mohamed Khairy, the president of Toukh City, announced the formation of a committee for engineering affairs in the city council to examine the factory licenses and ensure whether they are valid or not.
