The National Union of Justice, part of the Democratic Confederation of Labor (CDT), called for the amendment of the basic regime of officials of the Office of the Order Office considering that the refusal of the ministry to create a center for 'exams in Béni Mellal, Dakhla and Guelmim is a way of forcing professionals in the sector to go to the centers of Marrakech, Laâyoune and Agadir.
In a statement, the Union called on the Minister of Justice to unveil the standards used for the creation of national examination centers and rejected the results of promotions for the year 2019.
In this context, the Union explained that the standards used by the specialized committees are corrupt and illegal, stating that they do not meet the personal interests of the members of the said committees. The Syndicate has also raised the Minister of Justice’s estimated negative attitude towards the leak of the results of the promotions for 2019.
The National Justice Union has called on the minister to review the dates for the 2020 professional skills exams to prevent senior managers losing the required number of years. And to add that the level of preparatory training remains very low and does not respond to the level of questions asked during said exams.
On the other hand, the National Union warned against practices targeting union work in the sector and explained that the Cooperation of Justice Officials cannot be considered as the only body representing professionals in the sector.
