Saad said in a media statement that among those violations and crimes, preventing workers from free access and security to their workplaces, which means they are pursuing a fatal pursuit with the help of police dogs and drones, arresting them without any guilt, and withholding workers ’money, and not transferring it to the Palestinian Social Security Corporation, pursuant to the agreements The international agreements signed between it and the Palestine Liberation Organization, depriving them of their social rights and their employment, especially colonial workers under operating conditions, descend to levels of enslavement, and these crimes are full-fledged crimes against humanity, and they must not pass without punishment or accountability.
Saad added that these crimes complement the crimes included in the introductory referral presented by the Palestinian Foreign Minister at the beginning of this year, such as settlement activities, the Gaza blockade, forced displacement, the continued demolition of homes and infrastructure of the Palestinian state, the deliberate killing of unarmed Palestinian demonstrators, arbitrary detention and the practice of the worst forms of torture For Palestinian prisoners.
Saad welcomed the announcement by the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Fatou Bensouda, that the preliminary study on the situation of Palestine had been completed.
