The Ministerial Council approved a project relating to the regulation of the individual system for the resolution of labor disputes which aims to settle, amicably, disputes between the employer and the employee in order to alleviate the matters managed by the courts. .
The system in question will be managed by the labor relations administration of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development and regulated by a ministerial decree.
