The owners, tenants and drivers of type 2 taxis organized a large protest march last Wednesday that ran through the streets of the town of Larache starting from outside the headquarters of the Moroccan Labor Union (UMT). The protesters organized two rallies in front of the Social Security administration and in front of the municipal headquarters.
This demonstration occurs following the decision taken by the National Council held, last November 20 in Casablanca, under the theme ‘Violation of trade union freedoms, dismissal of union representatives; a threat to social peace. "
