Last Monday, farm workers from 'Rosa Flore' farms, owned by a Moroccan businessman and parliamentarian organized a protest rally in front of the headquarters of the Shtouka province labor office to claim their wages.
The protesters walked about 15 kilometers to the town of Biougra and called on the authorities to intervene so that they could recover their rights protected by law. The workers claimed that they and their families are living in difficult conditions after the farm owner refused to pay them wages.
In this context, the union offices representing the workers of the 'Rosa' (the Democratic Confederation of Labor, the National Union of Labor and the Moroccan Labor Union) condemned the closure of the company and the deprivation of tens workers to their legitimate rights.
