Employees of the second and third categories of the Ministry of Agriculture in the directorates of Dhiban, Madaba, El Wala, Al-Kourah District, Aghwar Janoobiyah and Gerasa continue their strike for the 6th consecutive day.
In this context, the Jordanian Labor Observatory has reported that strikers are demanding a monthly bonus of 150 dinars, the tenure of workers and contract veterinarians, upon activation of the savings bank and no longer counting the monthly premiums on the basis of sick leave and maternity leave.
Employees also claim the 13th and 14th month, a tuition bonus, a trade risk bonus, the establishment of lots of land and loans from the Agricultural Credit Institution.
