Garbage collectors from Sala governorate continue their 17th day of work strike to protest against their working conditions. The strike was organized outside the headquarters of the local community of the city near Bab Lamrissa.
The garbage collectors, who work on behalf of the companies 'MECOMAR' and 'OZONE' claimed, before beginning their strike, the improvement of the working conditions which they described as disastrous.
The scavengers condemned the practices of the two companies that manage the sector in the city and assured them that they intended to continue their open strike until their requests, at their financial and legal level, were settled.
