On Monday, members of the Freedom Association for People with Special Needs in al-Bayda organized a protest in front of the association's headquarters in protest against the marginalization of the interim government by the Ministry of Social Affairs.
Libyan TV 218 reported that the protesters were being ignored by the Ministry of Social Affairs, where they could not meet the minister in charge of the interim government, Fathia Hamed, demanding during their vigil to change the Department of Disabled Affairs at the Ministry of Social Affairs.
The demonstrators said that these demands represent the Freedom Association for Persons with Special Needs, the Will of Jabal Sports Club for Persons with Disabilities in Jabal Al Akhdar, and the Sports Federation of the Disabled in Jabal Al Akhdar.
