The workers of the Hyatt Negoce cleaning company, the regional academic administration, and the Rabat Regional Labor Directorate signed the minutes and this was followed by numerous protests and sit-ins organized by the company's garbage collectors in many educational institutions in the region in recent months.
According to the minutes, the company and the regional academic administration will have to pay a salary increase of 300 dirhams in two installments (October 2019 and August 2020). With regard to the Regional Academy of Education and Training, the Director undertook to pay the salary delays of February, March and April within two months.
The company also undertook to cancel the transfer and suspension decisions against certain workers and to declare all employees to the National Social Security Fund (26 instead of 18 working days).
