The financial controller of the municipality of Tebessa dismissed more than 70 workers from the municipality of the region. Following this, the workers sent a letter to the relevant authorities where they called for the initiation of an investigation against the financial controller who exceeded the law with this collective dismissal.
The workers claimed that some of them were recruited from within the municipality in 2017 and were illegally employed before they were deprived of their salaries for three months and then fired.
