The Court of Cassation dismissed an appeal filed by one of the companies accused of having blocked the wages of its employees. The Abu Dhabi Court of Appeal had fined the company 395,000 dirhams in the same case.
Local media reported that the company has blocked the salaries of 395 of its employees for no reason and that the owner has been sentenced in accordance with the federal law regulating labor relations and wage protection.
