The Kuwaiti Ministry of Electricity has decided to provide 550 points and 430 cameras for 205 sites across its various facilities and services to cover approximately 20,864 civil servants. In this context, the newspaper 'Al Anba' reported, citing sources from the Ministry,that the training and planning department seeks to maintain and develop footprint work through the central mechanism of public procurement.
According to the newspaper, the deadline for the submission of bids for the participating companies was 5 November 2019. The same sources stated that the technical criteria and the quantities requested were announced as follows: supplies for 205 sites in all the regions and the number of departmental officials (20,864 people) for a total of 500 clocks, 430 cameras, 280 databases, and 300 switches.
