The Secretary-General of the Palestinian General Federation of Trade Unions, Chahar Saad, inaugurated a new office in Jerusalem. In this context, the press agency 'Ma'an' reported that this office will have an important role in relation to the workers of Jerusalem and in the popular struggle against the Zionist occupation especially in the context of the campaign 'Together to cancel the deal of the century '; a campaign that continues as the Israeli Right and US President Donald Trump seek to make the occupation of the capital legitimate.
Chahar Saad also said that "the working class of Palestinians will assume all their responsibilities in this battle and will fiercely oppose the policies of the occupation that make Palestinian citizens' everyday lives hell.
The Secretary-General denounced the practices of the occupation in Jerusalem, where public enterprises continue to be closed and sacred religious references continue to be desecrated.
