The secretary-general of the Moroccan Union of Labor (UMT), Miloudi Mkhariq, has revealed that a number of professional sectors in Morocco are in danger of extinction.
On the sidelines of his participation in a meeting organized by the General Federation of Bank Officials, under the umbrella of the UMT, entitled 'bets and perspectives of the work of the unions in the light of developments in the banking sector', Miloudi Mkhariq explained that the labor market will undergo major changes and that there are statistics that show that 60% of the professions are going out of business and that they will be replaced by other trades. He added that the UMT cannot be interested in all these changes are, first, take into consideration the rights and achievements of workers in all sectors concerned.
