Saudi Arabia: Those are the cases where domestic workers may be transferred from one employer to another

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s human rights body unveiled on Wednesday some cases in which domestic workers may transfer their services from one employer to another,
The Authority highlighted through its Twitter account that it is permissible to transfer the services of the worker from the category of domestic workers from one employer to another if the employer proves that the employer has failed to pay the employee's wages for three consecutive or different wages for no reason.
In case of not receiving the worker from the port of arrival and not receiving it from the shelters within 15 days from the date of arrival in the Kingdom, and also the employer does not obtain a residence permit for the worker or not renew it, after 30 days from the date of arrival to the Kingdom.
The transfer may also take place when the employer leases the services of the worker to others without his knowledge, and in the case of assigning the work to others other than relatives, and assigning him to work dangerous or abuse the worker.
