The General Federation of Health, under the umbrella of the Tunisian General Labor Union (UGTT), has declared a general strike for civil servants, administrators and medical and paramedical staff of hospitals on September 4th and 5th .
In a statement posted on its official Facebook page, the General Federation explained that it had decided to strike in order to demand the implementation of the agreement of March 11th 2019 and the issuing of the decree concerning exceptional promotions for public health.
