Last Sunday, in Ayat Al Ghazali, west of Sidi Bouzid, an accident between a smuggling car and a truck transporting female agricultural workers to agricultural fields occurred.
The head of the regional hospital confirmed in a statement to the state news agency “Tunis Afrique Presse” (TAP) that the hospital received 12 injured people, including ten women, a child and one man. All those injured are in stable condition.
Security sources revealed that the workers were about to get on the truck when a smuggling car hit them at al-Zaafria.
