The tripartite union cooperation of orientation and education planning’s executives announced a national strike on Tuesday July 9 with a protest and a sit-in in front of the Ministry of Education, University and Research’s building in Rabat, to denounce the silence and the irresponsibility of the ministry.
The union coordination issued a statement denouncing the fact that the ministry totally ignores the legitimate demands of the instance of orientation and planning, for both inspectors and consultants, during the sectorial social dialogue’s meetings; especially after settling some other files. Moreover, the ministry insists on the so-called reforming plans which actually are diminishing the workers’ dignity.

It also refused the individual and impromptu ministry’s way of doing when it comes to the orientation, asking the ministry to open a serious and responsible dialogue in that matter.
