The workers of the safety society Sharikat Amn el Mounchaate Takawiya, in Biskra, held a protest, on Sunday, to denounce the accumulation of their professional and social problems and the silence of the authorities toward them.
The protesters ask for the adjustment of the incentive fee and for the election of a national union and a common comity like others establishments. They also demand for the systematic promotion instead of the quota system and the revision of the south premium and its implementation.
The workers demand to benefit from the energy allowance and to pressure the clients in order to improve the working conditions as stipulated in the contract. They insisted on the implementation of a punctual annual leave for the distribution agents and the change of the annual leave for those who work in the south from July to June.
