Saudi Ogers' Employees: Al-Hariri ignored to pay our dues

After being unfairly fired and not paid, Employees and Lebanese Clients Follow-up Committee of Saudi Oger strictly blamed the SA government for unjustified delay in applying the SA Labour Law.

The Committee stated "one of dominant owners, Saad Al-Hariri, who remained a chairman of "Saudi Oger" till its closing, and he showed no interest to pay the employees and clients dues.

The Committee assured that its members were astonished by "the decision issued by the Executive Court in Riyadh, which decision includes 5 pages not related to our dues, but it only considered the conflicts and agreements of "Saudi Oger" and its creditors. Other points mentioned in details within the mentioned legal decision document highly disappointed us for many reasons".

The Committee showed that the decision did not address the ranking of creditors where all writs of execution claims are not there (6000 only in the first phase, including a nearly small number of employees and clients). The Committee wondered if there are claims for the other employees and clients and all those who have not been paid.

In addition, the court did not assign experts to develop a report by which it shall be supported on issuing its decisions regarding "Saudi Oger". Also, it did not give the priority to the employees and clients due payments before other creditors such as the fees and state dues.
