The Tunisian Interior Minister, Hisham Al-Fourati revealed that the final number of missing Tunisians in Italy, due to the illegal immigration, reached 490.
In response to the questions of the Tunisian parliamentarians on Friday, the minister said that their families had been contacted for genetic analysis and that only 242 families had submitted their tests.
Al-Fourati confirmed that Tunisia provided the Italian authorities with 355 files with biometric cards and 242 files including genetic traits cards, waiting for the result of analyses made by the Italian authorities.
