A traffic accident in the city of Tangier took place, yesterday morning following the collision of two buses, which were transporting workers, on the road to Ibn Battuta airport.
The local media quoting security sources stated that the initial toll of the tragedy indicated that three people were killed and 14 others were injured and were taken to Mohamed V Hospital, in Tangier.
The security authorities opened an investigation, under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor to determine the incident’s circumstances.
Initial reports indicated that the excessive speed was the main cause behind this tragic accident.
