The Progressive Union of Moroccan Women of the Moroccan Workers’ Union expressed its solidarity with Mrs. Khadija Akadim, the director of the territorial authorities’ interests “Dar Al-Jamaa”, in El Haouz province, who was subjected to physical and verbal abuse, last month, calling on those responsible to take legal actions against the aggressor.
Mrs. Khadija Akadim was subjected to verbal abuse and physical abuse as well, during her work by the President of the Council, which led to her transfer to the hospital.
In addition to the verbal and physical abuse, the president of the council decided to temporarily suspend her from work, cut her monthly salary, hamper her job as the director of interests, disable her work’s phone and change her offices’ keys.
